Benoît holds a PhD in European Law and Competition Law (Thesis on barriers to market entry and potential competition) and a DEA in Community and European Law (Paris I University). Benoît began his career with Cabinet Stephenson-Barbé in Brussels.
He then joined Jean Philippe in Cabinet BCTG in 2000 and participated in the creation, with the latter, of the Economic Law department of Cabinet Advant-Altana in 2011.
In January 2022, he founded the firm HENKA with Jean Philippe and Marjorie.

Jean Philippe holds a Master's degree in Law (University of Dijon and University of Paris II) and participated in the EuroLaw program (King's College London). Jean Philippe began his career with Cabinet Debost-Falque-Carpentier-Barbé where he was appointed partner in 1988 – a firm which later became Cabinet BCTG & Associés. He joined, with his team, the Cabinet Advant-Altana in 2011 to create the Economic Law department.
In January 2022, he founded the firm HENKA with Benoît and Marjorie.

Marjorie Dudon

Marjorie holds an L.L.M in Business Law (University of Minnesota, United States), a Master 2 in International Business Law and a Master 1 in European Law (Jean Moulin Lyon III University). Marjorie began her career with Cabinet Gide. She then joined Jean Philippe and Benoît in the Economic Law department of Cabinet Advant-Altana in 2014.
In January 2022, she founded the firm HENKA with Jean Philippe and Benoît.

Juliette holds an L.L.M in Competition Law (King's College London - United Kingdom), a Master 2 in Law and Corporate Social Responsibility (Paris IX University - Dauphine), and a Master 1 in Business Law (University of Paris X – Nanterre).
Juliette joined Jean Philippe, Benoît and Marjorie at Advant Altana in September 2021 and followed them for the creation of Henka.

Isabelle holds a Masters in Political Science (Paris 8 – Saint-Denis) and a Masters in Business Law (Paris 1 – Panthéon Sorbonne).
Isabelle has been working alongside Jean Philippe and Benoît since July 2000 - whom she has followed in their various offices - and alongside Marjorie since 2014.
She participated in the creation of Henka with Jean Philippe, Benoît and Marjorie.
